The fueros, a shield

In principle, Traferri was summoned to the imputation hearing for December 11, 2020. But the senator maintained that he could not be accused because he enjoyed parliamentary privileges, an argument that he maintained throughout the process and, at present. Faced with the legislator's refusal, the prosecutors requested the removal of jurisdiction.
